OUR PROCESS

Step 1.

DISCOVERY

Let’s begin. Please share the essential details of your wedding, including events, guest count, budget, style preferences, and any additional information.

We invite you to schedule a video call with our team. Once the contract has been signed, we are ready to start working.

Step 2.

ESSENTIALS - First Three Months

This phase focuses on key decisions. During this time, we will secure the hotel and venue, as well as develop the visual concept, and secure all production elements.

Step 3.

VENDORS AND PLANNING - Months Four to Ten

During this period, we select and confirm essential vendors—including catering, photography, and beauty—along with the DJ and any additional elements that will elevate the whole experience.
The wedding timeline is carefully defined during this stage.

Step 4.

FINAL STAGE - Months Eleven to Fourteen

This final phase is dedicated to completing payments, reviewing the remaining details, and preparing for travel.
